To make an appointment, you need to contact one of our offices. You should have a referral slip from the referring doctor when you call. Under California law, no x-ray can be taken unless you have a prescription from your referring doctor. Some basic information will be needed before an appointment can be made:

• Referring doctor
• Requested procedure
• Patient’s name
• Patient’s phone number
• Time and date you would like to come in

Walk-in appointments are often available. Please call ahead, we can usually fit you in the same day or following day.

Please bring your referral slip with you at the time of your appointment.
