C-Dental X-Ray and McCormack Dental Imaging, ask for payment at the time of service. Payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) and Check.

Medical and Dental Insurance

We have contracts with Kaiser Permanente of Northern California, Marin Sonoma IPA, Hill Physicians Medical Group, and Palo Alto Medical Foundation. (requires pre-authorization).

For all other insurance carriers we assist with the filing of your insurance claims. We will fill out an insurance claim with the correct diagnostic codes, provide postage, and make sure your claim goes to the correct address. All insurance payments will be made to the patient directly from the insurance carrier.
